Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of the Harbor Column Audit website and the basis on which engagement inquiries are received. Formal audit engagements are governed by a signed engagement letter.
Acceptance
By accessing https://infrastructure-automationnet.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Requesting an estimate through our forms does not create an auditor–client relationship until both parties sign an engagement letter.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of statutory audits, control reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and related work are informational. Scope, fees, timing, and deliverables for any engagement are defined only in the engagement letter and related appendices.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, layout, and graphics — is owned by Harbor Column Audit or used under licence. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Working papers and audit documentation produced under an engagement remain subject to professional retention rules and are not published on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Harbor Column Audit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including reliance on general articles in Field Notes. Liability for contracted audit work is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter and professional standards.
Professional independence
We may decline or resign from engagements where independence, conflicts of interest, or incomplete information would prevent us from performing financial auditing work in accordance with applicable standards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Japan shall hear disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version published at /terms/ is the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
