We do not ask for national identification numbers, full bank credentials, or payroll data through the public website. Sensitive accounting evidence is exchanged only under a signed engagement letter through agreed secure channels.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare fee estimates, schedule fieldwork discussions, improve the clarity of this website (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal or professional obligations.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows, unless a longer period is required for professional or legal reasons. Engagement files follow our working-paper retention schedule as stated in the engagement letter. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically thirteen months or less.
Your rights
Subject to Japanese law and applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing.
